Well, I finally played another gg, so I'm going to upload the replay.

I was in clan NAoC and I seen this guy type his game name, "db1". I thought he was asking someone in particular to play him 1 v 1, so I decided to join and ask if I could watch. However, when I entered the game, he asked me to play him, so I did and it was a pretty good match.

He went DK, fiends, crypt lord, and eventually aboms. I go Grunts, Raiders, Far Seer and Shadow Hunter and eventually Kodos when I see the aboms. When the game started, I realised I was getting a pretty big delay, and there were several mistakes from both players, but nonetheless, a good close match with plenty of battles.

If you get too many kodos he could switch to ghouls and own you potentially own you though, can't he?

K watched it.. Some nice moves like microing away wolf at 30 hp, killing grunt to deny exp etc, but the overrall micro could've been better.. Like in an early skirmish instead of going for fiends you went for skeletons and beetles\heroes for some reason. Fiends die FAST:/. Then later you didn't use your kodos in the last battle.. only 2 devoured(you used them later, but it was already too late)..

Also, I don't see why he got didn't switch to mass ghouls+tri hero+statues.. You had shadow hunter, raiders, grunts and kodos, which is basically the counter to fiend\abom.. Mass frenzy ghouls+tri hero would have mauled you..

Pretty good game to watch, I think you woulda won it with a little bit better micro.. I always have 1 second delay at least :/..

I do that because it can be awkward to move into the back lines with that giant beetle and mass skellies in the way, so I kill the meatshield first because bettles and skellies are free exp, and fiends are easier for the opponent to micro...

But you didn't move towards the fiends, they were wide open, it's hard to notice things like that in an intense game though, much easier to just watch the replay and point out what you should have done..

Fiends are not THAT easy to micro back, at least not with lag and ranged far seer+possible chain lightning.. They die in a few seconds to wolves+3-4 grunts.. While you get exp from skellies\beetles, you're still letting them serve their purpose, meat shield(+some damage).. Oh and btw, just in case you didn't know, focus skellies first as they only have 180 hp but high damage.
