hehe yea, we're doing revamps. so in order to make sure it goes up without 100 errors we need to take the site down. if you take off the index, and just use www.blackassassins.org, you'll see that it works sorta. :D

Why not make the new site in a seperate directory, so the old site is still easily accessible?

The "uuhhhhhh" nerd 404 error message has a long history behind it (inside joke dating back to college days).
The web designer of this site can customize BA's own error messages (specifically 404, 403, and 500) using the .htaccess.

Hmm, I tried making a .htaccess with an error document, but it doesn't like it, there is no redirect.

It contains just one line with the redirect, I didn't think I could do much wrong with that...
ErrorDocument 404 /errors/404notfound.php
