ok comi, i have forgotten how to install map packs since the old ra2 days when i d/l all 12 of em or however many there were.

also, that thing u told me to d/l, that winrar screws me all up. Instead of being a zip file, it looks like a stack of books. wtf do i do?

duff.. just for u.. i made it self extracting.. but this website does not accept .exe files..
so...

1. Download the new file
2. Rename it to mappacks.exe
3. double click it
4. click browse
5. choose ur ra2 directory
6. click install

1) it is already called mappacks.exe so what the heck are u talking about with the renaming stuff.
2)i double clicked, went to file, then browse, then ra2 directory...and there was no flippin install button
3)why cant i go back to the good old days when a zip file looked like a vice clamp instead of a stack of books?

Right click, open with, winzip.

uh then what? i have a folder with maps in it but what do i do next?

right click the maps from the map pack from the folder u just downloaded... then click copy, then paste it to where u see the maps :D

actually it is called mappacks.exe.zip ( i wanted u to delete the .zip part.. lol)
