Yea... Its' just a program that you turn on and off, since its' just an .exe file, not an actual program you have to install, if you don't want it on. Don't turn it on. Or if you're just paranoid, just delete the file.

Have you already deleted all the extra files that it creates (such as blacklist and such) when its' ran, too?

Most likely, the easiest thing to do would just be to reinstall everything. Easiest way to just clear out the directory if you don't know what you're deleting or not.

Frank, all those files are in MF and the same folder MF is unzip in. He just never mention that the reason why he couldn't get on is because of the 'fetching server list'

nah i told forsy and he said to delete my host file but he told me it was in a different place. I never knew where it was until you said it. I assumed if i uninstalled the program it would delete all unwanted files that it created...thats why i asked. Anyways, it fixed it slaw, thanks.
