First it dsnt matter if it is full or not. You have been told 2 times now no. Take a hint. Secondly, the opinion of full is 18-19 members. One or two spots are always left open for any kind of reason. Third, they deffinitely dont answer to you and have to explain to you their reasoning for any decision made but if you ask nicely sometimes they say.
