Internet Problem

I can't go online. I get to that screen that shows your wons/losses/rank and stuff and then I try to click on QM/CoOp/CustomMatch/Buddies and then it asks me to sign in, so i do (although I have "auto sign in" already), then I get a "Connecting to WOL" screen with that annoying red bar that goes back and forward, then a minute later it goes back to the original internet screen without saying anything.

I checked my hosts file and found something that was the IP and name of WOL, so I deleted that then I thought it would work, but still no luck. Is there anything else I can do?

Perhaps u got the worm that has shutting ATM banks down. Have u heard news yet? It happened 2 days ago and still infecting ONline Servers. :(

Also, my stepdad couldnt finish his work last nite because the worm attacked the computers at his work, meaning that it could not be able to connect to any servers AT ALL!!!

The US service or something like that, suspected that an Iraq spy is doing this to damage and kill our online servers. Its also happening in other couuntries :(

If some1 put a gun to my head and said: "Help this guy or die", I'd ask whether you have the MF running everytime you log on and also check if you can log on to another server (euro/us/pasific). Also if you aren't running the MF, maybe you could try it in case it finds the right host itself.

But there's no1 with a gun anywhere here and I'm just speculating, so fuck this...

You can try deleting your hosts file completely.
