Chat?

What does everyone think of a site chat being put up? I can do it so you log in right through the forums into a separate chat.

Would you guys use it? If I get a good response Ill put it on.

like a java app or like IRC.

I think ppl are turned off by irc bc it i more than just a point and a click away.

It would probably be a java applet into irc, which automatically grabs the right nickname from the board, so it would be one or two clicks with a mouse, and no seperate software to download.

Lol, I dont care if everyone knows. I just think there will never be anyone chatting. I think it would be a waste of time to make. Chatting could be on msn and if you want more people you can do it on irc.

But I dont mind really. We've had it before but there was never anyone chatting.

i think it may get 1 or 2 ppl chatting in it. I would be willing to stay logged into it for a period of time on any given day... except at work they are cracking down on us there no msn no yahoo msngr no chat no pics of women. no searching the net longer than an hour at a time. It is like they want me to work or something.

Well I can add an active users to it so you can see who is in the chat and when people see others in they'll probably go in too.
