On the bottom of the post form youll see an Attach File thing, just browse your comp, select the file and hit ok. Then it'll upload and automatically be attached to your post.

Does this apply to non-ba members? As I can't seem to find an attach button.

Ah stupid me, I was assuming it was on the quick reply section at the bottom of a thread. But it's on the page that follows the 'add reply' button.
