A feature to contract and expand posts has been installed, just click on the + or - next to a user's name in a thread to expand or contract his post, you can also contract or expand all posts in a thread.
And best of all, in your User Control Panel options you can set to automatically contract posts you have already seen.
However, this feature only works on Internet Explorer at the moment, Netscape and other browsers don't support it.
